Refunds and Exchanges
Avashy offers a 30-day no quibble money back guarantee if you are not truly satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us by email at richard@avashy.com within the 30 days so we can offer you the option to either return or exchange the item.
Returns
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. The return address is: Avashy, Flat 4, 24 Sansome Place Worcester WR1 1UA. On receipt and inspection of the returned item, Avashy will refund the amount you paid for the returned item including postage, or send you an exchange item if you have requested this. Please note that you will have to pay the cost of returning the original item to Avashy yourself.
Faulty or damaged products
Every Avashy product has been inspected before it is gift-wrapped and sent out to customers. However, if you feel that your item is faulty or damaged in any way then please contact us by email at richard@avashy.com within 30 days so we can offer you the option to return or exchange the item.
A refund or exchange will not be possible if:
1. You have not contacted Avashy by email at richard@avashy.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
2. Upon return and inspection the item is not in its original condition or shows signs that it has been used or damaged after you received the item. In this case a partial refund may be offered but this is at the sole discretion of Avashy.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that it has been received. Unless there is any issue following inspection, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment usually within 48 hours (weekends and public holidays may take a little longer). Please note that Avashy cannot refund a payment to any account other than the original payment method used to pay for the item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, credit card or PayPal account again. Occasionally there is a delay between Avashy processing the refund at our end and you receiving the payment into your account. If you still have not received your refund please contact us at richard@avashy.com.
